Sri P Krishnaganga Raju, Secretary, graduated from Madras Christian College, Madras University.  He played a key role in introducing the second crop which helped the entire delta to have    a second crop every year.  And he developed high yielding paddy varieties.  He is instrumental in starting the Educational Institutions.
